Terms & Refund Policy

Who these terms are between

FullStopBD is operated by SoftKarrot, a trading name based in Bangladesh. These terms cover the FullStopBD Android app and the FullStopBD website. Where this page says “we”, it means SoftKarrot; “you” means the person using FullStopBD.

Placing an order, or using the wallet or the community, means you accept these terms. How we handle your personal data is a separate page — Privacy Policy.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code we send to it. Keep that number and the codes to yourself — anyone who can read them can sign in as you.

FullStopBD is for people aged 18 and over. You can close your account at any time — see account deletion. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or to place orders the buyer has no intention of accepting.

Prices and what an order means

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Delivery is charged separately and depends on where you are; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we accept the order and hand it to the courier. If something is out of stock, or a price was plainly wrong, we may decline the order and tell you why.

Payment — cash on delivery

You pay the courier, in cash, when your order reaches you. We do not accept bKash, Nagad, cards or bank transfers at checkout, and we never ask for card or bank details. Those methods may appear in the app marked “Coming soon”; they cannot be selected.

For some pre-order items an advance may be taken from your FullStopBD wallet’s Main Balance when you order. When that applies, checkout shows the amount before you confirm, and it is refunded to the wallet if the order is cancelled.

If anyone asks you to pay for a FullStopBD order any other way, it is not us — email support@fullstopbd.com before you pay.

Delivery

We deliver within Bangladesh. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee — couriers, weather and public holidays move dates around. Please make sure someone can receive and pay for the order at the address you gave; if deliveries fail repeatedly because nobody is there or payment is refused, we may stop accepting cash on delivery orders from that account.

Returns — 7 days, change of mind accepted

You have 7 days from delivery to return an item, and a change of mind is enough. Request a pickup from the order in My Orders, or email us. Returned items should be unused, in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where there was any, and complete.

Some things cannot be returned once opened, for reasons of hygiene or safety. Where that applies it is stated on the product page before you buy.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been picked up and checked, your refund is issued within 3 business days of pickup. Because orders are paid in cash at the door, we agree the refund method with you when the return is approved. An advance taken from your wallet is refunded to the wallet.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if you have one. We will replace it or refund it in full, including any delivery charge you paid on it.

The wallet

Your FullStopBD wallet holds the money you earn and the money you add. In short:

• Earnings. When you resell a product at a price above ours, the difference is your ReCommerce earning. It stays pending until the order is completed, and is cancelled if the order is cancelled or returned.
• Referral bonuses. Part of the pull charge (below) paid by people in your referral chain is shared with the members above them, up to the number of levels we set.
• Pulling to Main Balance. Earnings land in your cash-out balance. Moving them to Main Balance carries a pull charge, shown as a percentage before you confirm.
• Recharge. Where the app offers a recharge, you can add money to Main Balance through bKash. It is credited only once bKash confirms the payment.
• Withdrawal. You can ask to withdraw from Main Balance (minimum 100 BDT). The amount is held while we review the request; if it is rejected we tell you why and release the hold.

The wallet is not a bank account and earns no interest. We may reverse an earning or bonus credited because of an error or fraud.

The community, reviews and anything else you post

What you post stays yours, but by posting it you allow us to show it in FullStopBD alongside your name and photo. Please do not post:

• anything false, abusive, hateful, harassing or threatening,
• spam, scams, or misleading offers,
• someone else’s photos or words passed off as your own,
• other people’s personal details — names, numbers, addresses,
• anything sexual, violent, unlawful, or involving minors.

Report and block. Every community post and comment, and every review, has a Report option: pick a reason and our moderators review it. You can also Block a member so their posts and comments no longer appear for you. We may hide or delete content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly post it. You can also email support@fullstopbd.com about anything you have seen.

Using FullStopBD properly

Please do not try to break into other people’s accounts, create accounts to game referral bonuses, scrape or copy the catalogue wholesale, interfere with the service, or use FullStopBD for anything against the law. We may suspend an account doing any of that.

What we are and are not responsible for

We take care that product descriptions, photos and prices are right, but we do not promise the service is free of every error or never unavailable. Where something goes wrong with an order, we are responsible for putting it right — replacing it, or refunding it.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and the terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it. A significant change will also be announced in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts of Bangladesh.
